"Shipping was just okay"
Shipping took longer than I was hoping, and the waiting was the most annoying part. It felt like I was just stuck in a queue forever before anything actually moved. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than I expected.

I got my order from taptag.shop and overall it was fine. I was in a good mood when it arrived, so I was excited to open it up, but one small detail wasn’t the one I had picked. It’s not a huge deal and I can still use it, but it was a little annoying since I double-checked everything before placing the order. Shipping was okay and the rest of the order looked good.

We started using Taptag for our small sales team, and it’s been a easy switch. What I like most is that it actually solves a simple problem for us: keeping everyone’s contact details current without a bunch of back and forth.
I can add new team members, update profiles, and manage everything from one place instead of asking each person to edit their own card. If someone gets a new role or changes their phone number, I can fix it in about a minute and know the right info is already live.
The dashboard is straightforward and doesn’t feel cluttered, which I appreciate. I had one quick question and support got back to me fast. Overall, it’s been a practical time-saver for managing our team’s digital tags.

"Surprisingly decent for the price"
It’s cheap and actually works well, which is always a nice little shock in a world where everything costs a fortune and breaks immediately. Definitely worth the money

"Works well with only minor things to nitpick"
I’ve been using my taptag for a few weeks now, and the NFC tap has worked pretty much every time. I haven’t run into any weird delays or failed scans so far, which is all I was hoping for. It’s a simple product, and even if it’s not something flashy, it does the job well. I’m happy with it

"Setup was okay, but I felt unsure after paying"
The setup ended up being okay, but it was a bit confusing at first and took me some time to figure out. After I made the payment, I started feeling a little unsure and didn’t fully trust that everything was going to go smoothly. It worked out in the end, but the process could definitely be clearer.

"Really liked the custom options"
I ordered from taptag.shop and actually really liked how easy it was to customize everything. Picking the design, colors, and little details was straightforward and didn’t feel overwhelming at all. The tag turned out pretty much exactly how I pictured it. Overall, it was a nice experience and I’d definitely order again.
